The Public Relations Director is responsible for providing information to the community at large. They are responsible for implementing the external part of the chapter marketing plan. Must be a creative thinker as well as a leader. Responsible for the creation and implementation of a public-image campaign that will best suit the interests of the Chapter. 

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the creation and implementation of a public-image campaign
  2. Responsible for coordinating and implementing a plan whose purpose is to create a positive public image for the Chapter
  3. Work as the liaison between the Chapter and the media by creating press releases related to the Chapter’s image
  4. Responsible for managing and ensuring that the proposed plan is implemented efficiently and successfully
  5. Promoties meeting attendance by announcing meetings in other local magazines/newspapers
  6. Receives and pursues all incoming advertising requests
  7. Promotes Brand Management for CCVC
  8. Develops and prints an annual CCVC Brochure
