Presentation Summary: Leadership plays a significant role in the success or failure of any organization. Each successful leader develops a style based on their own personality, goals, and business culture based on one of these three types of leadership styles: autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire.

Speaker Bio: As a self-employed woman in business, I have learned through my involvement in Associations, Committees and other various Boards how to lead by example. Currently, the President of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Bakersfield Chapter, Chair of Onboarding at the Bakersfield Association of Realtors (BAoR) and outgoing Chair of the MLS Forum, Leadership graduate of 2017, President Elect for WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors) and sitting chair of the Education Advisory Board for the BAoR, it has given me great insight as to what it makes others motivated, lead or follow.
