with Guest Speaker Fred Valenzano




Topic Description -Over a million PM jobs are being added to the global economy each year, and the need for better PM’s with better skills has never been greater.r talent management can improve your organization’s overall effectiveness and improve bottom line performance of your projects. This presentation will describe methods of talent management and how best in class organizations succeed. 

Bio - Fred has worked primarily as a project manager for the last 15 years, while also performing tasks in technical engineering and design, quality assurance, and construction management. Fred joined PMI in 2006 because he saw the value of “project management as a discipline,” and wanted to be certified as a PMP. He currently volunteers with PMI-CCVC, is an avid cyclist, and sings lead with the Golden Empire Chorus and a local barbershop quartet.
