LaVonne Banks | Kern Health Systems | Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office

LaVonne Banks is the Manager of the Enterprise Project Management Office for Kern Health Systems, recently recognized by PMI as a 2020 PMO of the Year Finalist. LaVonne spent 20+ years in the financial aid industry where she was introduced to project management over 15 years ago. Currently, and for the last 8 years, she has enjoyed leading project managers and providing portfolio management in the healthcare industry. In 2020 LaVonne joined the board of the Central Valley Chapter of Project Management Institute as their VP of Professional Development. LaVonne recently completed her Master’s degree in Administration at California State University Bakersfield and received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2016.

Bill Shipp | IES | PMO Manager

Bill Shipp is the Engineering PMO Manager at IES. He is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in several states including Cali­fornia, Georgia, Texas, and New Mexico. He has over 30 years of experience in the engineering, design, construction, and opera­tion of various industrial facilities including oil and gas processing, food processing, bottling lines, packaging systems, and water and wastewater treatment. He has successfully managed numerous multi-million projects including green field construction of new facili­ties and upgrading and expanding existing facilities.

Bill received his PMP in 2016 and is an active member of PMI.

As the saying goes, “Time Flies When We Are Having Fun!” Well, most of us must be having a great deal of fun because it seems like time is always flying.

Jordan “JT” Moomau | AMS.NET | PMO Manager

Jordan "J.T." Moomau is an established Project Management professional with specific experience in IT Infrastructure and Structured Cabling for Education and Government organizations. In addition to 10 years of experience in project management, J.T. has specialized experience in PMO Management, Process development/improvement and resource management.

J.T holds a bachelor's in business management from Western Governors University and is a current MBA student at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He holds several professional certifications, including the PMP, Certified Scrum Master, BICSI Registered Telco Project Manager, and Cisco's Customer Success Manager Specialist.

J.T. is currently the PMO Manager for AMS.NET, one of the top Cisco SLED partners in California. In this role he oversees all Project Management activities and the Customer Experience Team. He has worked at AMS.NET for over 15 years in various Sales, Technical and Operations roles.
