Best Practices and Lessons Learned from the PMP Exam

Harri is a Civil & Environmental Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Wayne State University. He has work experience on over 35 large-scale projects from design and engineering to construction and facility management.

Harri obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and a Doctorate of Business Administration Degree (DBA) in Strategic Management to complement his Project Management and Business Development experience. Harri currently works as a Risk-Based Quality Manager for DTE Energy projects with L.S. Brinker and has become  Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certified by the US Army Corps to complement his knowledge and experience on PMBoK, TQM, ISO, Lean Construction, Six-Sigma, LEED, CII, and CMAA best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
