Biography:

Technical Sergeant Liviu I. Bogdan is the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, Site Development Office, 22d Civil Engineer Squadron (CES), McConnell Air Force Base, KS. Sergeant Bogdan manages four professionals to provide surveying, mapping, and facility design support to a $4B tanker mission and 3,500 customers. He also, supplies Air Mobility Command with statistical data for a $440M flying program.  Furthermore, he leads 30  personnel, develops programs, organizes project management and engineering training, and ensures the sustainment of a $2.5B infrastructure and 586 facilities.
