June '22 Remote Chapter Meeting - Surveys, Interviews & Focus Groups: Expand Your Data Collection Methods
Join us for this weeks discussion on, Surveys, Interviews & Focus Groups: Expand Your Data Collection Methods
Speaker: Dr. Mary Estelle Cochron, PMP
The number and range of stakeholders, or people impacted and interested in your project, varies depending upon the kind of project being managed. For those projects that benefit a large number of stakeholders or deliverables that are deemed successful based upon end user attitude, opinion, and/or behavior, data collection methods and tools employed during your project need to be of the highest quality for the best outcomes. This session will focus on three data collection methods best suited for gathering stakeholder and/or end user feedback. Participants will be walked through a protocol for developing and/or evaluating existing questions for surveys, interviews, and focus groups, as well as expand understanding of the benefits and limitations of each question type. Collection of stakeholder feedback may by relevant during the planning, execution, as well as monitoring and controlling phases of a project and highly adaptable for a variety of industries.
