Project Management in the Public Sector - New Location
Project Management in the Public Sector
Join us for a dynamic one-hour talk exploring the distinctive challenges of project management in the public sector. We'll define the public sector and its unique characteristics, then dive into specific hurdles like the absence of income-driven KPIs, regulations, government scheduling delays, and heightened stakeholder engagement expectations. Drawing from examples in K-12 education, city government transportation, and state government projects, we'll uncover the complexities and offer practical solutions for public sector project success.
