This course will prepare you to take the new Project Management Professional® (PMP) exam, which places a greater emphasis on the agile approach to managing projects than the previous exam. It will prepare you to pass both the PMP and CAPM exams. The program includes an extensive overview of the three project management domains: People, Process, and Business Environment, and will help you hone your expertise to a razor-sharp edge during our comprehensive review of the three test domains. This course satisfies the 35-contact hours requirement you need to qualify to take the PMP exam. Each participant will attend 18 hours (either in-person attendance at California State University, Fresno, OR virtual attendance via Zoom), followed by 18 hours of tracked online sessions.
