Join us in the discussion around how Project Management Offices (PMO) add value to large and small organizations and navigating challenges when implementing a PMO.  Drawing examples from her experience as a consultant, Jaylene Rocha will share common challenges she has faced and how to navigate implementing a PMO fit for various types of organizations. 

Bio

Jaylene Rocha is the Project Controller for Carbon TerraVault (CTV) Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of California Resources Corporation (CRC), an independent energy and carbon management company committed to energy transition. She has over a decade of project management and project controls expertise with the last eight years concentrated on projects in the energy sector. In her current role, Jaylene supports the planning, coordination, and implementation for project development of Carbon TerraVault’s portfolio of projects.  

In her spare time, Jaylene enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and cooking for her husband and son. Jaylene holds a Project Management Certificate through the California State University Bakersfield Extended University and an Associate of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Bakersfield College.
