Presentation Description:
As organizations grow and add more specialized functions to their service offerings, project teams need to adapt to stay aligned. This presentation will demonstrate methods to align your agile teams across business portfolios. A strong alignment spanning key stakeholders, projects, and services can produce a strong, focused cohort of team members ready to tackle both new innovative work and maintenance.
