Presentation Description:
Over the last couple of decades, we have heard how seemingly traditional "Lean" methods perfected in manufacturing are being replaced by "Agile" ones used originally in software development. In practice, however, it has been essential for project management practitioners across all industries to have learned how to adaptively use both methods in an integrated or "hybrid" fashion on their projects. Learn from actual practitioners how they used these methodologies to become essential across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and beyond.
f
• Understand the difference between Lean and Agile Methodologies and how they have evolved over the last couple of decades
• Learn how to use these methodologies interchangeably within a single project or between consecutive projects across multiple industries
