Amin Baroudi
PMP®, PMI-PBA®, MBA, CLSSBB, POPM, Prosci Change Management
Amin Baroudi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and organizational transformation. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP®, PMI-PBA®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Organizational Business Analysis (OBA), demonstrating his ability to guide organizations through structured improvement and adaptation.
As a business analyst, Al bridges the gap between business and technology—speaking the language of business to technical teams and translating technical concepts into business terms for executives and stakeholders. This skill reduces miscommunication, ensures alignment, and enables faster, more effective adoption of change.
With a strong background in leading organizational initiatives, Amin applies practical approaches such as the ADKAR methodology to help individuals and teams understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working. His approach emphasizes the balance of top-down leadership decisions and bottom-up engagement, ensuring that transformation is both strategic and widely supported.
In addition to his professional practice, Amin is a professor at Westcliff University, where he teaches MBA students about data visualization, project leadership, and business change. He integrates academic knowledge with practical insights, showing that adaptability is not limited to large programs but is an everyday capability for organizations and individuals to succeed.
