Presentation Description:
Networking can be defined as building professional relationships by bonding on a personal level. As we build and continue to bond, each one of us is the nexus of our world, that center of interconnection and the one responsible for navigating those relationships for the sustained and satisfied mutual benefit of all. That can seem like a daunting task and a job in itself, but with your conscious commitment to some simple steps, you can make it part of your everyday life. Prepare yourself to enjoy this engaging and energizing evening that will help you get out of your own way and move forward to build stronger teams through lasting relationships.
Learning Objectives:
1. Embrace the long-term value of building professional relationships by bonding on a personal level. 2. Realize how to get out of your own way to navigate the Nexus of Networking to the mutual development of your team. 3. Enhance your communication and leadership skills to focus on people over projects and achieve better results.
