Speaker Bio:

KJ Fellerer, PMP®

KJ Fellerer is currently a Construction Administrator III with over 15 years of experience in supporting and leading complex public and private construction projects. Her work spans cross-functional teams, regulatory environments, and high-pressure field conditions where adaptability and clear communication are critical to success.

Known for her practical, no-nonsense approach, KJ has guided and worked with teams through shifting scopes, stakeholder conflict, and unexpected field challenges - often leading without formal authority. Her experience bridges technical execution and team dynamics, with a focus on keeping projects moving when plans break down.

KJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, with an emphasis on business administration. She studied Marketing and Art History at the University of Jamestown and is PMP® certified.
