Presentation Description:

Our personality style impacts everything about us - even our work styles. This presentation provides an overview of the Myers-Briggs personality types, how our type impacts our work style, and how we can work better with co-workers whose styles differ from ours.

Learning Objectives:

Attendees will be able to:
1. Identify their work style based on their personality type
2. Identify specific things they can do to work better with co-workers whose styles differ from theirs

Robin Paggi

Robin is the owner of Human Resource Development by Robin Paggi, where she focuses on creating and delivering training and coaching to help businesses develop their employees. In addition to years of experience in HR, Robin has numerous professional certifications in human resources, training, and coaching, as well as master's degrees in Communication Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Psychology. Robin is also an adjunct professor at CSU, Bakersfield, where she teaches management and public speaking classes. She co-authored the book Managing Generation Z: How to Recruit, Onboard, Develop, and Retain the Newest Generation in the Workplace, published in 2021.
