Delivering projects successfully is no longer enough. Today’s project professionals are expected to connect execution with strategy, strengthen stakeholder value, lead through change, and produce meaningful business results.

Join the PMI California Central Valley Chapter, ProjectBites, and participating PMI chapters for Beyond Delivery: Driving Value in Every Project, a one-day virtual Professional Development Day created for project managers, emerging leaders, and professionals who want to increase their impact.

What to Expect

This interactive virtual event brings together experienced speakers and project professionals from across PMI chapters for a full day of practical learning, professional development, and connection.

The program will include:

- An engaging opening keynote

- Nine expert-led sessions across three concurrent learning tracks

- Topics aligned with Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen

- An executive panel discussion

- Peer-to-peer discussion groups

- A special learning and networking track for PMI chapter leaders

- Opportunities to connect with professionals from across participating chapters

Sessions will explore topics such as strategic thinking, leadership presence, stakeholder communication, artificial intelligence, resilience, feedback, decision-making, storytelling, agile goal setting, and creating measurable business value.

Earn Up to 13 PDUs

Participants may earn:

- 7 PDUs by attending the live event

- Up to 6 additional PDUs by viewing eligible recorded sessions

Because several sessions will take place concurrently, registered participants will receive access to the session recordings for three months following the event. Attend the sessions that work best for you live, then continue learning and earning PDUs after the event.

PMI Member: $100

Current Student Member: $50

Active Military or Veteran Member: $50

Non-Member: $120
