About the Presentation: Turning vision into results takes more than a strategic plan. It takes a clear framework for connecting big-picture goals to the work happening every day.

In this session, Sue Watson will walk attendees through a proven framework for aligning a 5-year vision with 3-year and 1-year priorities, then converting those priorities into focused 90-day objectives. Through practical tools and real-world application, attendees will learn how to create accountability, build momentum, and drive execution across leadership teams.

Whether you lead a project team, a department, or an organization, this presentation offers a practical roadmap for closing the gap between strategy and execution.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand how to connect a long-term vision (5-year, 3-year, and 1-year planning) to day-to-day execution

  2. Create clear, focused 90-day objectives that drive progress, accountability, and measurable results

  3. Align leaders around shared priorities so teams execute with greater consistency and purpose

  4. Identify common barriers to execution and apply practical strategies to keep initiatives on track
