About the Presentation: Leading a multi-generational workforce takes more than understanding labels like Baby Boomer or Gen Z. It takes strategies that build trust and collaboration across every generation on the team.

In this session, Dr. Sharon Starcher will explore how leaders can move beyond simplistic generational stereotypes to identify what actually drives engagement and performance. Through practical strategies for communication, mentoring, and knowledge transfer, attendees will learn how to build a culture of psychological safety and shared goals that spans every generation in the workplace.

Whether you manage a small team or a large, cross-generational organization, this presentation offers practical lessons for building trust and collaboration across every generation.

Learning Objectives

  • Foster a culture of transparency and psychological safety

  • Understand strategies that help leaders manage teams with diverse communication styles

  • Implement collaborative knowledge transfer

  • Identify and capitalize on commonalities, not differences
