About The Presentation

When you think about building or repairing something, you wouldn’t rely on a single tool—you’d reach for the right one, depending on the job. Delivering business value works the same way. Agile ceremonies or Lean practices used in isolation rarely deliver sustainable results. What leaders need is a set of proven, complementary methods that can be applied to the right challenge at the right time.

That’s the idea behind the Lean-Agile Toolbox. It contains seven core methods designed to help executives, program and product managers, product leaders, and portfolio teams align strategy to execution and deliver measurable outcomes. These methods extend beyond single-team practices, offering scalable ways to eliminate waste, accelerate delivery, and adapt to shifting priorities without losing sight of business goals.

In this session, Cecil “Gary” Rupp—author of The Lean-Agile Way and seasoned program leader—willintroduce each of the seven methods, show how they work together, and demonstrate how you canapply them directly in your own environment. Whether you’re focused on improving productivity and efficiency, strengthening cross-team collaboration, delivering exceptional value, or proving ROI to stakeholders, you’ll leave with a practical framework you can immediately put into action.

Join us to explore how the Lean-Agile Toolbox equips you to deliver more value—faster, smarter, and at scale..
